For a lawyer, Bob Neill seems to have more than the usual number of problems with the law.

He has
*misused the House of Commons crest (even before election -surely a record);
*infringed FIFA's image rights; and
*made a false declaration (see Whoops! below.

Not bad for a couple of weeks of campaigning.
