According to Recess Monkey, the Conservative candidate in Bromley actually wasn't able to stand after all. I shall await further developments with interest, as the priest said to the choirboy.

One thing's for sure though - it's another blow for Bob Neill. Surely as a lawyer he knows to read all the small print on the forms?
